First picture we have of Jens sitting on his own- this is at 5 mons! pretty good. :) After spending the morning at the Olsen's it was off to lunch and more presents at the Jacobsen's. Below is Jens and cousin Kayci hanging out.

We went home the next night and found a nice surprise- Santa had stopped by our house while we were gone and left Sophie and Jens more presents! They sure hit the jackpot this year from all the spoiling done by each family and Cory and I- good thing they're such great kids. :) Sophie got a kitchen and cooking supplies, and a baby doll with all the acessories: stroller, highchair, bed, and diaper bag along with lots of clothes, some books, stickers, and a few movies. Jens also got clothes, and books, a race car track, tool bench, toy tools, a ball, a talking dog, and a set of characters from Cars.
We had a wonderful Christmas up in L-town and enjoyed seeing all the family but it was also a bit exhausting as some of you can confirm traveling to see all your family. We're thinking next year either going on a trip just our little family or staying home and starting our own little Christmas traditions...would that be wrong?

Looks like you guys had a lot of fun this year for christmas! Jackson had those same christmas jammies and was sitting up on his own at christmas too!! Wow its amazing that they are doing the same things. I guess that happens when they are born within days of each other. Cute family!!!
