This is Halloween!

I volunteered to help out with Sophie's Halloween party at school so in between entertaining kids, prepping food, and cleaning I was able to sneak in one shot with my phone when the kids were getting ready to give their treats to eachother.  This year there were 5 princesses: Sleeping Beauty (2)/Rapunzel (2)/Cinderella, 2 Captain Americas, Superman, Batman, Indiana Jones, a Lady Bug Witch, Jessie, and a Skeleton.

After a nice long nap we whipped out our arsenal of beauty products and got ourselves gussied up for a night out on the town.  Here is Princess Aurora a.k.a. Sleeping Booty (how Sophie pronounces "beauty"). 

 And here she is back in her ball gown and crown doing some twirls for the camera

With Tio Chris, Sophie called up Mamama and Papapa and asked them to come trick-or-treating with us this year.  For the kids I'd say this was their biggest "treat" having relatives to enjoy the holiday with us. :)

And what's a princess without a super hero to protect her? We were fortunate to have Batman.
